Avril Lavigne ‘partied hard before split’
New York, September 20 (ANI): Avril Lavigne reportedly partied hard on the French Riviera before she split with husband Deryck Whibley.
The singer was said to have spent four weeks reveling with female friends and Brandon Davis until the early hours on a 100-foot yacht moored in St. Tropez harbor.
“She was seen downing shots, drinking booze from the bottle and play-fighting men on the beach,” the New York Post quoted one French Riviera source as saying.
“She wasn’t acting like a married woman at all,” the source added.
Another one said: “Avril is not involved romantically with Brandon-they are just friends . . . she met Deryck when she was very young, and now she needs some freedom to live her life.” (ANI)
