London, October 27 (ANI): Paris Hilton recently ran away from her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt's 24th birthday party, after getting shocked to see her ex-boyfriend present at the celebration.

Benji Madden, with whom the socialite had broken up in November 2008, was present to play bass for Doug's pals Taintstick at The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas.

However, Paris who was caught unaware tried to avoid him.

"Paris and Doug stopped in to Wasted Space nightclub to see Taintstick play," the Sun quoted a source as saying.

The insider added: "Shortly after getting into the gig Paris saw Benji's face and bolted.

"She was freaking out big time and was desperate not to bump into him. It's quite clear they didn't end on good terms.

"Benji had no idea Paris was going to attend." (ANI)
